Second Opinion is a simple process and works as follows:

1.  You have to briefly describe your business problem in the form provided along with the question that you need a Second Opinion on. Don't include too much information or confidential information at this time. At this stage, all we need is a short description of the problem (not more than two short paragraphs). We need to review the information in order to confirm whether we will be able to provide you a Second Opinion on your business decision / problem.

 2.   After we confirm that we can provide you with a second opinion on your problem, you will have to:

(a) Make the required payment
(b) Send us complete details of the problem.
(c) After reviewing the information sent by you, we will inform you if we need any additional information so that you can send the same to us.

3.    After studying the problem, we will send you our opinion as well as give you a list of our concerns in a short written report.

There is a flat fee for all our 2nd Opinion services which are clearly mentioned in the respective pages. There are no hidden or extra out-of-pocket expenses involved.

Businesses located in India can pay by cheque or demand draft payable at New Delhi in favour of Management Talk. International clients will have to make payment through online payment for which a link will be provided at the appropriate time.

The very purpose of second opinion is to assist you to review the decision you have already made and to answer a specific question. We would be willing to take short-term consultancy projects but not long term. However, we will certainly assist you in giving Second Opinion on any other questions or issues that you may have from time to time.

You will not have to pay for any additional expenses for Second Opinion consultancy. We only charge a flat fee.

After the project is completed, we will return the material to you at your cost, if any. OR we will just delete/destroy all the information after getting confirmation from you.

As such, we offer no guarantees and also we will not be responsible for any loss that you may incur for whatever reason. We only give you our opinion which you can consider while making your decision.

2. The Client using e-consulting services like second opinion recognize that it suffers from an inherent disadvantage, that is, lack of first hand experience and information related to the situation for which second opinion is being sought. We have to rely only on information supplied by you. This may adversely affect the quality of advice provided to you.

3. By making the payment, you acknowledge and accept that youI have to pay the consulting fee in advance which is not refundable.
